DMCA Policy

At À¸„À¹ À¸² À¸„À¸¡ À¸•À¸£À¸¸À¸©À¸ˆÀ¸Μน, we deeply respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our platform and in the content we host.

It is our firm policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We are committed to expeditiously removing content that is found to be infringing or disabling access to it. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Filing a Notice of Alleged Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following elements to be considered valid:

  1. An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. An identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific URL(s) where the material is found).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your notice of alleged copyright infringement to our designated Copyright Agent via our contact page. In your message, please clearly specify "DMCA Notice" in the subject or message body to ensure prompt processing.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following elements:

  • An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which À¸„À¹ À¸² À¸„À¸¡ À¸•À¸£À¸¸À¸©À¸ˆÀ¸Μน may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your counter-notification via our contact page. In your message, please clearly specify "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject or message body.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy of it to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
